Well, as I mentioned in my report on my research trip to the Cloisters Annex of the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art, "The Europeans are hogging all of the cool stuff." The old invade-and-sack isn't allowed anymore. Something-or-other about ethics. So I'm attempting to provoke a household trip across the pond some time in the early spring of 2003. People Expressing Interest:
Accomodations:The best bet for accomodations so far is Leo's parents. According to Gia, they own a time-share, and would be willing to let us use it in London. I've asked Giavanne to research the details for getting the timeshare in the March or April time frame. Time Frame:No one wants to miss Pennsic, and our combined households usually turn out in support of the Barony's Tournament of May. We're all broke after Pennsic, and the winter months are very dreary in England. So right now we're talking early spring. Transportation:We don't own a canoe. We'll have to fly. Anybody have in-laws that own an airline?
